A Day in the Park

My co-worker, Angela, hired me to do a shoot for her one-year old son, Grant. I remember the day I found out Angela was pregnant. We were at work and I screeched kind of loudly and some other girls told me to quiet down since not everyone knew yet. I was excited and I couldn't hold it back! Today, Angela, her husband, Matt, their beautiful baby and dog, Sasha, met me at Minnehaha park to capture some of Grant's cute moments. This kid has eyelashes to die for!

Esau (My) Family Photo Shoot

My littlest sister leaves for college to the west coast this week, so we had a mini (as in 5 minutes) photo shoot to get a family picture before she heads out! I was the photographer AND a family member, so thank goodness for tripods and camera timers. I love you, Tay!

1. I used a Caribou Coffee coupon today for a $1 off any large drink. I ordered a white chocolate skim iced latte and forgot to order half-caf!! I'm a bit buzzed.
2. I finally turned my hobby into a job (and hopefully a career in the not-so-distant future)
3. Two trips planned for October before the long winter sets in: Nashville and Phoenix!
4. I married my dream guy.
5. I'm very fascinated by Facebook... lame, huh?

Birthday Boy!

My co-worker, Becky, hired me to take photos of her son, Conner, who had a first birthday two days ago! We met at the Walker Sculpture Gardens and it was chilly! Conner didn't seem to mind and he gave me lots of smiles! Happy Birthday, Conner!

I don't think he knew he had just turned one, but I thought we could pretend he does with this picture. I'm pretty sure he was trying to grab at my lens instead :)

My life is in swirls....here, there, everywhere! Ahh! My husband and I moved... our new place is a mess... our desktop computer's internet access is still having problems... so, I haven't had a chance to load any new photos lately. SOON though!
